Bio
Dr. Lorraine Kudakwashe Chihora is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the College of Business and Economic Development at the University of Southern Mississippi. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, in 2024. She holds a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in International Business from Cottey College and a Master of Accountancy from Emporia State University. Dr. Chihora's research interests encompass organizational justice and injustice, organizational culture, organizational behavior, and leadership.
