Miss by registering for Online Orientation!
We are excited to welcome you as you begin your journey Online at Southern Miss! Online
Orientation will introduce you to the people, offices, and resources that will get

Orientation is required for all new, degree-seeking students who are enrolling in
a fully online academic program.
Two formats are offered: live, staff-guided webinars and an independent, self-paced
module. Both experiences will introduce Online students to the people, platforms,
and support that will prepare them for a successful first semester at Southern Miss,
so students should pick the format that best fits their needs.
